Kenan Music Building, Room 1201

Turn on  
  1. Connect laptop/device to the input (HDMI/Mini Stereo Plug) 
  2. Press the desired source on the panel (PC for Projector) 
  3. Use the Volume buttons to adjust the Audio Volume. 
Turn off 
  1. Press and HOLD the Off button for several seconds until the blue LED lights behind the Off button. 

KMB 1201 (Kenan Rehearsal) Hall Wireless Mic

Turn on 
  1. Open the front of the Sennheiser body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.  
  2. Press the On/Off button. 
Turn Off 
  1. Open the front of the body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.
  2. Press and hold the On/Off button. 

Troubleshooting

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Ensure the correct  input is selected on the panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the projector is powered on 

No Audio 

  • Ensure the rack is powered on. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop/Cell Phone 

  • Select the proper audio output in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on

  3. Ensure the correct Input source is selected on the Sony Receiver using the Input rotary knob (HDMI, BD/DVD, BlueTooth).  
  4. Use the Volume rotary knob to adjust the Audio Volume.

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Ensure the correct  input is selected on the panel 
  • Reseat any cables

Turn on  

  1. Power on the Sony Receiver. 
  2. If the screen does not automatically turn on, power on the Sharp Aquos screen with the remote control. 
  3. Ensure the correct Input source is selected on the Sony Receiver using the Input rotary knob (HDMI, BD/DVD, Bluetooth).  
  4. Use the Volume rotary knob to adjust the Audio Volume. 

Turn off 

  1. Turn off the Sony Receiver. 
  2. Turn off the Sharp Aquos screen with the remote control if it does not automatically turn off. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the Sony Receiver is on with the correct input selected. 
  • Verify the Sharp Aquos screen is turned on with the correct input selected. 

No Audio 

  • Ensure the Sony Receiver is powered on. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop/Cell Phone 

  • Select the proper audio output in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on  

  1. Connect laptop to HDMI input 
  2. Power on the Sony Bravia screen with the remote control. 
  3. Use the Sony Bravia Remote to adjust the Audio Volume. 

Turn off 

  1. Turn off the Sony Bravia screen with the remote control. 
  2. Disconnect laptop HDMI. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the Sony Bravia screen is on with the correct input selected 

No Audio 

  • Ensure the Sony Bravia screen is powered on. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop 

  • Select the proper audio output in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on

  2. Power on the Epson projector with the remote control. 
  3. Use the Epson remote control to adjust the Audio Volume. 

Turn off 

  1. Turn off the Epson projector with the remote control. 
  2. Disconnect laptop HDMI. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the Epson projector is powered on with the proper input selected.

No Audio 

  • Ensure the Epson projector is powered on. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop 

  • Select the proper audio output in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on  

  1. Plug laptop/device into desired input on the lectern 
  2. Turn on the system by tapping the touch screen and selecting the desired input  
  3. Audio and lights are controlled by the touch panel on the lectern.  

Turn off 

  1. Press the Power icon on the touch screen. Confirm Off. 
  2. Disconnect laptop/device from lectern. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the correct input is selected on the touch screen 
  • Verify the projector is on.  

No Audio 

  • Ensure the system is powered on from the lectern touch screen. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop 

  • Select the proper audio output (Crestron) in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on  

  1. Turn on the rack by switching the top right rocker switch to “On”.  
  2. Press the Display “On” button to turn on the projector 
  3. Ensure the HDMI button is lit. 
  4. Turn on the Pioneer receiver and select the proper input. 
  5. Use the Volume rotary knob to adjust the Audio Volume. 

Turn off 

  1. Turn off the Pioneer receiver. 
  2. Press the Display “Off” button. 
  3. Turn off the rack by switching the top right rocker switch to “Off” 

Wireless Mic

Turn on 

  1. Open the front of the body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.  
  2. Press the On/Off button. 
  3. Ensure the Tascam power amplifier is turned on in the rack.  

Turn Off 

  1. Open the front of the body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.  
  2. Press and hold the On/Off button. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Verify the correct input is selected on the Pioneer receiver 
  • Press the VGA button on the top for a few seconds. Then, press the HDMI button. 

No Audio 

  • Ensure the Pioneer receiver is powered on. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop 

  • Select the proper audio output in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer

Turn on  

  1. Plug laptop/device into desired input on the lectern 
  2. Turn on the system by tapping the touch screen and selecting the desired input  
  3. Audio is controlled by the touch panel on the lectern.  

Turn off 

  1. Press the Power icon on the touch screen. Confirm Off. 
  2. Disconnect laptop/device from lectern. 

Wireless Mic

Turn on 

  1. Open the front of the body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.  
  2. Press the On/Off button. 
  3. Ensure the Tascam power amplifier is turned on in the rack.  

Turn Off 

  1. Open the front of the body pack by squeezing the two buttons on the sides and pulling forward.  
  2. Press and hold the On/Off button. 

Troubleshooting 

No Video: 

  • Restart the computer 
  • Reseat any cables
  • Verify the correct input is selected on the touch screen 
  • Verify the projector is on.  

No Audio 

  • Ensure the system is powered on from the lectern touch screen. 
  • Verify the proper input is selected. 
  • Reseat any cables 

Audio is coming out of the Laptop 

  • Select the proper audio output (Crestron) in System Settings or Control Panel 
  • Reseat any cables 
  • Restart the computer
