Scheduling Spring Student Recitals

Recitals are scheduled according to the following times:

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 pm or 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 8:00 pm
• Sunday: 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, or 6:00 pm

Seniors may schedule their recitals starting the third week of October (e.g. 10/21)
Juniors: starting the third week of November (e.g. 11/18)
All others starting the second week of December (e.g. 12/11)

Student recitals are scheduled in Person Recital Hall or Kenan Rehearsal Hall. Moeser Auditorium is available only to seniors or keyboard students. Moeser Auditorium recital requests need to be passed to the Production Manager.

1. Using the Facilities Calendar, choose a date and time without a conflict.
2. Request the date by emailing the Media Technician (currently jwharper@email.unc.edu). Be sure to include:
   
   • Class (e.g. Junior, Senior)
   • Instrument
3. A confirmation email will be sent once the date has been confirmed.
