Requesting or Creating Performance Programs
Requesting a Performance Program
- Reach out to the department Communications Coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the performance to request a department program.
- At this time, please send the following information:
- Performance title, date, and location
- List of performers
- Repertoire list (in performance order, with composer and composer’s dates)
- Any program notes, lyrics, or translations to be included
- Any special notes of thanks or acknowledgment
- How many copies should be printed
- Please allow 3 business days for a draft to be completed.
- All edits should be sent and the program finalized at least 3 business days before the performance to allow adequate time for printing.
Creating a Performance Program
- Programs may be created by a faculty member or student, but it is recommended that the department program template be utilized.
- Please request the latest program template from the Communications Coordinator.
Creating a Student Recital Program
- Student programs must be created and printed by the student themselves.
