Website Listing
- Once your event is scheduled with the department Production Manager; the Communications Coordinator will list the event on the website calendar within five business days.
- At this time, send as much information as possible to the Communications Coordinator about the event, including but not limited to: performers, repertoire, length of the event, and photos/images.
- If the above information is not ready at the time of scheduling, send it to the Communications Coordinator as soon as it is available.
Posters
- To request a poster for your event, email the Communications Coordinator at least one week before the desired poster distribution date.
- When requesting a poster, send the following information:
- Event Name, Date, Location, Price
- Performers
- Repertoire
- Images to be included (if any)
- Logos (if any other than department)
- Posters may be created by faculty and then printed by the department. Allow three business days for printing if requesting help from the Communications office with printing.
Social Media
- All events on the calendar will be publicized in the department Events Newsletter (bi-weekly publication) and on department social media channels.
- If you would like special graphics or extra promotion, contact the Communications Coordinator at least one month before the scheduled event.
