Became a faculty member in the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s School of Music in 1976. Published a thematic catalogue of Stradella’s works in 1991. She is also involved with the publication of a complete edition of Stradella’s works published by Edizioni ETS. She taught at UNCG for thirty years, including thirteen years that she spent as chair of the composition/history/theory division.
