• 1. Student Information

    *Submission of this form does not secure your place in the Workshop. A deposit (submitted by check, money order, or major credit card) is required to guarantee your enrollment.
  • 2. Musical Participation

    NOTE: All participants sing in the Workshop Chorus, but pianists and singers have different chamber music and performance practice experiences.
  • Workshop Information

  • Students may enroll as residents (with housing and food provided on campus) or as commuters (no housing or meals provided unless purchased at registration).
  • If you will be driving a car to the UNC Music Workshop, as either a resident or commuter, you must purchase a parking pass for $50. Parking passes must be reserved at the time of registration.
  • T-Shirts are included for those who register by July 7, and may not be available after that date.

  • *A signed permission statement will be required prior to camp.
  • 5. To Complete Your Registration

    Submission of this preliminary form does not guarantee your place in the Workshop. To complete your registration and secure a place in the Workshop, please complete one of the payment options below.
  • Scholarships, which defer part of the tuition, are available on the basis of talent or need. Full information is available at https://music.unc.edu/files/2017/03/Scholarship_policies_2017.pdf and all scholarship materials must be submitted by June 9, 2017. NOTE: If you plan to apply for scholarship, you must pay the deposit in order to be considered.

  • Payment Options

    You must complete one of the following four payment options to secure a place in the Workshop.

    1) Send a $225 deposit by check or money order (made payable to Music Department, Federal ID #56-6001393) to: UNC Music Workshop, UNC-Chapel Hill Music Department, CB# 3320 Hill Hall, Chapel Hill, NC, 27599-3320. The complete balance is then due by July 7, 2017. (Deposits, less a $75 administrative charge, are refundable until July 7, 2017. After July 7, no refunds will be made.)

    2) Visit https://tps.oasis.unc.edu/pay/hsmc/ and make a $225 deposit by major credit card. The complete balance is then due by July 7, 2017. (Deposits, less a $75 administrative charge, are refundable until July 7, 2017. After July 7, no refunds will be made.)
