My name is Caroline Stanton and I’m from Barrington, Illinois. I’m a Junior double major in Chemistry and Music. I am a Mezzo-Soprano and have been involved in Carolina Choir and the UNC Opera during my time here including playing the Step-Mother in our fall production of Cendrillon. I’m an executive board member of the all-women Music Fraternity, Sigma Alpha Iota and have found that to be a great way to get to know people across the music department. In addition to my musical pursuits, I participate in on-campus research in the Hicks Lab in the Chemistry department.
