The Department of Music takes pride in our role as a community musical resource, and we’re glad to recommend several opportunities for finding quality musical instruction in our area.
- While our Department faculty primarily teach private lessons for course credit, they can potentially recommend a qualified UNC student teacher or community professional. Fill out the interest form below to direct a teacher request to the appropriate faculty member.
- The Chapel Hill Music Teachers Association maintains a list of music teachers and can also provide assistance in locating a private lesson instructor.
