Rameau cantate Thétis

Come for an evening of music from the French Baroque, as UNC voice professor Marc Callahan (baritone) performs works by Marais, Destouches and Lully, and featuring Rameau's exquisitely tempestuous cantate Thétis. This concert is the second installment of the 2017-18 William S. Newman Artists Series. Tickets are $15 general admission and $10 students or UNC faculty/staff. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Subscription passes can also be purchased at the door or by calling the music office at (919) 962-1039.

UNC Opera will perform Massenet’s Cendrillon on November 11 at 8:00 pm for the first performance. The second performance will be November 12 at 7:30 pm. Both performances will happen in the James and Susan Moeser Auditorium in Hill Hall. As this is a Scholarship Benefit Concert, tickets are $10 general admission and $5 for students or UNC faculty/staff. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
